Hi Andy, My wife and I have been meaning to contact you since we first bought our spa from you so please accept my apologies that it has taken about two and a half years to get around to writing... From the very outset you were very helpful and friendly and this has continued throughout the delivery, installation and ownership of our spa.  We have had a couple of minor issues but you have always  resolved these speedily, to the highest standard and free of charge without hesitation. Hi Alicia Just a note of thanks. We received the spa on Friday, your guys were supurb. Very helpful, and made sure we understood how everything worked. I felt quite bad, as it poured with rain all the time they were here and they got soaking wet and caked in mud. Obviously we have used it now and are over the moon with the quality and performance and would have no hesitation in recomending you if we get asked. Palm Island Diamond tub. Just a quick note to say thanks for the great service, and great tub! We have already been enjoying many hours in it and testing out all the jets configurations! Your installers called on the way to let me know they were delayed on the M25, and arrived only 1 hour later than promised. Installation went very smoothly, demonstration of the unit was concise and clear, taking about 2 hours all told. I would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone thinking of purchasing a hot tub. Morning andy, Just a few lines to say how pleased we were with our hot tub ,delivered yesterday . I must admit I did have a few sleep less nights worrying about getting it over our shed roof? But your guys were great went over no problems . Although the weather was so cold and I knew we were the last call of the day, your guys took their time to explain every thing to me  and asked if I was ok with this or if I had any questions . Like so many of your customers before me I just have to say how delighted I am with the delivery of my new hot tub 3 weeks ago. A great investment for the clear chilly nights we have up here in Scotland. From my first phone call to you the service and advice provided has been excellent and the delivery guys were great. The mountains we had to climb to install the hot tub were mere challenges to them. Nothing fazed them and they made sure everything was up and running perfectly before departing on their way back home. Now all I have to do is sit back and enjoy it!!!
